The sheer scale of operations presented unique challenges, with an increasing threat from sophisticated fraudsters and cybercriminals. My role involved a deep dive into the intricacies of various financial crimes, including account takeovers, social engineering, and phishing. Analyzing patterns and spearheading the implementation of effective countermeasures, I contributed significantly to fortifying the bank's defenses, ensuring the protection of our vast customer base.
